All items will be sent with Royal Mail's 'Signed For' service. This means that delivery will require a signature, but tracking will only highlight that the delivery has been made. The general delivery time will be within one week of purchase for domestic orders, and up to three weeks for international orders. Any tax or duty required to process Customs will be the purchaser's responsibility. Any items uncollected or undeliverable, and returned to sender, will then require a new shipping fee. We reuse cardboard mailers for packaging where possible.

If you require additional shipping needs for speed or full insurance, please contact Gummy within a day of purchase and we can go through your options, and arrange this for an additional fee.

Gummy will accept return requests raised within 14 days of delivery, and items will be required to be in their original condition at time of purchase. This means that sealed books will need to be in their original shrink wrap.
